How to redeem Reward Points

Lumaca Italia has always rewarded the loyalty of its customers.

With every purchase you accumulate points that can be redeemed for discount coupons. Don't miss out on your rewards.

Lumaca Italia will give you your online loyalty card as a gift according to the following regulation:

5 POINTS EARNED FOR EVERY EURO SPENT

50 POINTS EARNED FOR REGISTRATION ON THE SITE

100 POINTS EARNED AS A GIFT ON YOUR BIRTHDAY

Awards:

COUPON DISCOUNT 3 EUROS = 500 POINTS

DISCOUNT COUPON 6 EURO = 1000 POINTS

COUPON DISCOUNT 10 EUROS = 1500 POINTS

Let's see how to redeem your reward.

1-To transform the points into a reward, you will need to access your account on the site by clicking at the top right to log in, then click on the yellow gift icon at the bottom left to open the rewards panel.

2-Then, click on All Rewards .

3-If you don't have enough points to redeem, you will see a progress bar on the right, next to the name of the reward.

4- If you have enough points, there will be a Redeem button .

5- After clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page showing the coupon code with a button to apply at checkout.

6-based on the points you have accumulated you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of points you want to spend, then click Redeem:

7-And now all you have to do is redeem your prize using the coupon code created for you and use it in the appropriate coupon space when purchasing your new purchase.
